Request for Information/Response to Request

Forms EE.2 and EE.3 are as prescribed by Schedules 1 and 2 of the Employment Equality Act 1998-2011 (Section 76 – Right to Information) Regulations, 1999 for use:

1. By a person (the Complainant) who wishes to obtain material information in order to decide whether to refer a matter to the Circuit Court or the Director of Equality Tribunal and, in the event of such a reference, to formulate and present his/her case in the most effective manner (Schedule 1: Form EE.2).
2. By a person (the Respondent) when replying to a request by a Complainant for material information (Schedule 2: Form EE.3).
