transfer so amended be accepted by the workers concerned.

SUBJECT:
1. Claim, on behalf of approximately 35 workers, for disturbance
compensation.

BACKGROUND:
2. The claim was the subject of conciliation conferences held on
7th and 17th July, 1989 and a full Court hearing held on 21st
July, 1989. The following is the Court's recommendation.

RECOMMENDATION:
3. The Court, having considered the submissions made, is of the
opinion that the Company's cash offer is reasonable and recommends
that it be accepted. The Court further recommends that the
Company's offer on the provision of transport be extended from a
period of 18 months to 2 years and that the full terms for
transfer so amended be accepted by the workers concerned.
