BACKGROUND:

2. The Labour Court investigated the above dispute in Cork on the 3rd of March, 1999. The following is the Court's recommendation.

RECOMMENDATION:

The employer agreed to the Union representing this employee in relation to this particular issue.

The Court, therefore, recommends that the parties meet immediately to discuss the issues involved.
