The complainant alleges that she was discriminated against by the respondent on the grounds of gender, marital status and family status in terms of Section 6(2)(a), Section 6(2)(b) and Section 6(2)(c) of the Employment Equality Act, 1998 and contrary to Sections 8 of that Act.
