This dispute concerns related claims submitted by the Irish Nurses Organisation (INO) on behalf of 444 named female general nurses employed at the Midland Health Board and the South Eastern Health Board that they are entitled under the terms of the Anti-Discrimination (Pay) Act, 1974 and Article 119 of the Treaty of Rome (Article 141 from 1st May, 1999 by virtue of the Treaty of Amsterdam) to the same superannuation entitlements as those provided to psychiatric nurses employed at the Health Boards.
