This case came before the Tribunal by way of an appeal by the employee (appellant) against the decision of the Rights Commissioner under the Payment of Wages Act 1991 ref: r-120274-pw-12/JC.

Determination

The respondent company was dissolved on 9 November 2012, prior to the hearing of this case. Accordingly as the respondent entity no longer exists and therefore cannot be put on notice of the hearing the Tribunal declines jurisdiction of the matter.
